Fully Managed:

A dedicated, friendly team on-hand to assist with any requirements that you or your tenant have. Our specialist property maintenance team will ensure that your property is in the safest of hands.

This is best suited to landlords who prefer not to have to deal with any maintenance issues or disputes directly and simply do not have the time to be of constant assistance to the tenant. The fully managed package is designed primarily to ensure that our landlords sit back and relax whilst we manage the property for you.

Tenant Find:

We market your property on all major web portals and use our proactive approach to find a suitable tenant, and we also conduct viewings and reference your potential tenant. Once the tenant’s results have passed, we consolidate all relevant paperwork and will accompany the tenant for the move-in appointment.

Once the tenant has moved in, we log their deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme and we ensure that the utility providers, and local council, are informed that there is a new occupant residing in the property. Other services such as periodic inspections, inventory reports and / or serving of notice can be added to this package for an extra charge.

Rent Collect:

In addition to the services provided with the tenant find package, we can arrange for the rental payments to be taken from the tenant on an agreed date and distribute the rent to the landlord, as and when required. Should rental payments be missed, we will also chase any arrears and keep you, the landlord, updated.

You can retain the relationship with the tenant when dealing with maintenance issues whilst we deal with chasing late payments and serve relevant notices, when in rent arrears.
